When looking up producers an artists i was able to find out that most EP's that are released of this genre do not include vocalists on the tracks as the EP is mainly made for promotion for the instrumentals rather then finalised songs.
When i focus on another genre i will also research whether or not vocalists are the right things to add. Whilst researching this i had allready created some tracks with vocals on. To counter this i decided to release those tracks on Soundcloud and then my final EP on Bandcamp which also was heavily researched.
I used the Internet mainly for my research on my project. I also had allot of help unintentionally from the music that i listen to normally and how it has influenced my Ep.
I originally had other intentions when creating this Ep, bug as i did more and more research i came to the conclusion that should only use instrumentals on my BandCamp account. I feel that i did the amount researchi have done is more then enough.
I have also learnt for the future that publicity helps the promotion of music that you are looking to sell. This may not apply for other genres that i will explore in future years. Once i have built up a larger following it will become allot easier.
